On October 27, 2017 Russia and the European Court of Human Rights: enhancing the dialogue conference was held in Moscow. The organizers of the Conference were the LF Academy and the International and Comparative Law Research Center, supported by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum. More than 200 delegates discussed crucial normative aspects in ECHR practice – application of the concept of effective control and developing standards and law enforcement principles regarding freedom of expression.
