On March 31, 2014 conference devoted to the new laws on state registration of property rights and notarial matters was held in Moscow, Russia. The event comprised two discussion sessions. The delegates included representatives of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia, the Supreme Commercial Court of the Russian Federation and the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (ROSREESTR), as well as Russian notaries, representatives of the banking community and realtors. The Conference took place in the premises of the “Russia Today” International Information Agency.
