Guest conference under the auspices of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum in Paris took place on November 14-15, 2013. The Conference started with the reception in the Residence of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to France. Two discussion sessions were held in premises of the High Council of French Notariat.

Business programme was designed to strengthen legal dialogue and enhance collaboration between Russia and France. The conference brought together more than 150 guests, among them Jean Tarrade, President of the High Council of French Notariat, Yury Lyubimov, State-Secretary — Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, Vincent Lamanda, President of the Court of Cassation of the French Republic, Igor Artemyev, Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, and Frederic Baab, Diplomatic Advisor to the French Minister of Justice.

The conference was devoted to the development of bilateral relations in the legal field and to preparations for the annual St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.
