A conference presented by the IBA (International Bar Association) Corporate and M&A Law Committee, supported by the IBA European Regional Forum on October 31, 2013 in Moscow, Russia. In its fifth year this leading conference brought together around 100 practitioners from all over the world to discuss the latest emerging developments and burning topics in M&A law in Russia and the CIS, as well as welcoming input and comments from some of the world’s leading experts in this field.
