On January 21, 2021 the discussion session on the Significance of the Separation of Powers Principle and the Political Question Doctrine in International Law was held on the LF Talks online platform.

Leading Russian and foreign experts discussed the separation of powers principle, the political question doctrine and the justiciability for international law, as well as where the politics and law lies clash and how to ensure political neutrality in international justice.

The event organizers were the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum and the Center for International and Comparative Legal Studies.
